Ensuring the ongoing success of the College World Series is the College World Series, Inc., the only local organizing committee nationwide that works year-round on planning and delivering a first-class NCAA championship event. Founded in 1967, the organization has rallied the support of fans & community leaders and has poured its heart & soul into safeguarding Omaha as the home of the College World Series.

Charles Schwab Field showcases how Omaha and the College World Series have grown together. From their seats, spectators can admire views of the Bob Kerrey Bridge, the CHI Health Center, and downtown Omaha’s tallest buildings, which when lit up at night are an impressive sight. The College World Series is unquestionably, and has been for many years, Omaha’s premier event.
